The safety net for the most vulnerable cats
Mission Meow was founded after witnessing critical gaps in the animal welfare system—where fragile, at-risk, and medically vulnerable cats were falling through with no safety net. Without intervention, many of these cats would have nowhere to go and no chance at life.
We step in for those at highest risk of euthanasia—including neonates, seniors, and cats with chronic conditions, blindness, paralysis, and other special needs.Our commitment to these cats does not end at rescue.

At the same time, we place healthy, adoptable cats into loving homes. We believe every adoption should feel personal. That’s why you’ll communicate directly with the foster families who know the cats best. We encourage private meet-and-greet appointments in a relaxed environment to help you get a true sense of each cat’s temperament. We pride ourselves in being expert Meow Matchmakers to make the best fit for your household!

We are supported by private donations. This independence gives us the freedom to act quickly and compassionately—rescuing medically complex or urgent cases without the red tape or limitations that exceed the capacity of traditional shelters. We are also able to prioritize underserved communities.
Mission Meow has the flexibility to provide both immediate lifesaving care and long-term, prevention-focused solutions. Beyond rescue, Mission Meow advocates for humane education, supports community cats through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and provides outreach programs that help keep cats with the families who love them.
Every cat has a story, and with your support, we turn stories of survival into stories of hope.
